Reporting to Applications Manager, the Applications Engineer carries the overall responsibility for all the equipment and system proposals in Mpac Langen Americas.
In direct collaboration with sales, this position is responsible for the proper quoting of projects, ensuring that proposals and bids are completed accurately and on time.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager - Americas, the Customer Support Manager carries the overall responsibility for all the Customer Support activities supporting the Installed-machine base the USA. In direct collaboration with his counterparts in Canada, Europe and Asia, this position is responsible for the complete suite of services provided to our existing worldwide customer base after their machines pass their SAT test and are placed in operation.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Purpose of this position is to perform software programming and electrical debugging activities in Mpac Langen Americas.
In direct collaboration with the Technical Lead and the Project Manager , this position is responsible for software programming and electrical debugging activities of Mpac Langen machinery, ensuring that all projects assigned to him are delivered on-time, on-budget and to the specifications stated in the order.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Field Service Technician carries the overall responsibility for technical support of Mpac Langen equipment after SAT.
In close coordination with the Assembly Team Leader, the Field Service technician could also be required to participate in the assembly and or debugging phase and FAT with customer.
